# Revenue sharing

**ZooBot Revenue Sharing Model**

At ZooBot, we believe in fair and transparent distribution. Our revenue sharing model is designed to ensure that our community benefits directly from the platform's success.

**Trading Fees Distribution**
• **50% Token Holders:\*** Half of the trading fees are allocated to our valued token holders, rewarding their commitment and participation in the ZooBot ecosystem.
• **30% Development:** Thirty percent of the trading fees are reinvested into the development of ZooBot. This allocation ensures consistent improvements, innovative features, and the overall growth of our trading platform.
• **20% Foundation / Operational Expenses:** A dedicated portion of our revenue goes towards the foundation's initiatives and covering day-to-day operational costs. This allocation ensures the sustained sustainability and smooth operation of the ZooBot platform.
**Tax Distribution (5% tax)**

In adherence to ensuring a robust and thriving ecosystem, a small percentage of our revenue goes to taxes. The tax is divided as follows:
**• 40% Token Holders:\*** Forty percent of the tax collection is directed back to the token holders, providing an additional incentive and rewarding their continued involvement in the ZooBot platform.
**• 40% Development / Marketing:** Forty percent of the collected tax is allocated for development and marketing purposes. This fund supports technical advancements and promotional activities, ensuring continuous development and an extended reach for ZooBot.
**• 20% Foundation / Operational Expenses:** The remaining portion of the tax is dedicated to supporting foundation endeavors and operational costs. This fund ensures the smooth operation and long-term viability of the ZooBot ecosystem.
